If these this was true it would be on the news. E-mail is generally not the way of transmitting information like this. Much the same as the cars with no headlights gang initiation hoax that does the rounds every so often.

Whilst these may actually happen very occasionally (and thats where the e-mail probably comes from) if there was a sudden spate of incidents such as this, you would hear it from a more reputable source.
