I read the Allen Carr's book.
Read it in one day, started @ 11am finished around 4:30pm, not had one since.
That was back in January.
You will find you DO get cravings, you WILL smell it when theres not one about, but persist for like 5 mins and then you wont want one.
FIrst thing I did was go out for a drink in a pub with the missus, THEN, got pissed.
All the things I associated with having one I did 1st.
After 10 months, the ONLY time I miss having one is first thing in a morning with a coffee. But I know if I just have one then, I will be back to smoking all the time then.
