welli have just gone past 48 hours withou ta fag. i gave up sunday night, and wouldnt post anything on here yet until i knew i could cope for a few days

i smoked 20 -30 a day usually. Have used patches thast releases 21mg nicotin in 24 hours. Yesterday was the hardetst day, least of it was my first day back at work after 2 weeks hols

but today was a lot easier

least of all its got to be better for me kids environment now as well
