Stu, i think he is asking what oil to run in the engine as well as the lube you obvioulsy put on the cam when you install them.

I would say normal engine oil for the engine as i wouldnt want to run an engine for 20 mins at 3000rpm on the wrong oil.
Thats what ive always done anyway and never had a problem
