Checked all the boost hoses there all fine wound out the actuator a bit as it was going higher than i first thought (so that's probley why it was cuting out) had no cutout or backfire (yet) but the boost is still going up and down it goes up to 9psi then back down to 6psi and holds at 6psi as it was before i wound the actuator out so it seem's that all it want's to hold is 6psi any idear's people could it be an ecu problem
