I know I could not fit 4 x 4 springs to my 3 dr before as it sat as yours do in the pics!! as for the springs the ones with the small pigtail on them are defo the fronts, I have AVO coilovers on my car same as yo sold a while ago, but I had to use shorter spings to clear the frontwheels as well, I went to 9" they only cost £22 new so you could always do that! or get the grinder out!! I think the escos springs are different as you said!
