Quite honestly, no, they don't. Means it's great if you're buying one, shit if you're selling one though
Been like that in Scotland for ages. I bought a solid S2 with loads of history and a freshly rebuilt engine for 1000 quid. Had a years MOT too.
Only bad bit was a dent on the bonnet and a shoddy repair to the tailgate. Apart from that it was a great wee car.
