im just to blame aswell i read the answer wrong

Its defo not the exhaust hitting the bell housing. Ive asked loads of peeps & they have said either

Engine Mount
Top Mount
Pads shifting in the caliper
Ainti Roll lose
Cross member lose

Im going to check all these again soon as the rain goes off.
