seriously theres very few people into RS's round that area tbh so the chances are its someone that knows either the car was left or a long bi of time or someone who knows ya

if ya do find it in rowly then PM me and ill have a work with my mates who live there, hes had his flat on there for a few years, infact everyone knows everyone there, but ill get em to keep a eye out if it turns up
