Role
This is a territory management role. Based at the nearest distribution centre but working from home and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager this person will take over one of the company’s most successful territories on which they will be expected to manage and develop the allocated retailers. Managing existing customers will be important but they will also be judged on their ability to open new accounts.

Has B2B field sales or retail bakery experience.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has the ambition and potential to move up at least 2 levels in the management structure. The client will be hoping to identify this potential at interview stage. The immediate next level is Regional Sales Manager which is a pure people management role or you may consider Key or National Account Management. There is even an opportunity to specialise and consider a role in Marketing or Product Development.
The ultimate objective is retail excellence. Country Choice is completely consumer facing and is driving up standards in product presentation, category management and range merchandising. The RSE will be the forefront of this long term initiative.
