I assume you mean from Outlook/Outlook express?
Yes you can - I did it for my old dear when we got a new PC - just gotta try and remember how I did it
Right, go into Outlook/Express, and click ADRESSES. In the new window click the TOOLS tab and click ACCOUNTS. Select the account used and on the right click EXPORT. Save it to a folder or something, or if you have a USB flash disk save it there (in a folder)
Once saved, if on HDD, copy it to a CD or email it to a webmail email address such as hotmail or gmail.
Then go to the machine you want to copy it to. If saved on a CD or flash disk, insert disk and copy the folder to the desktop. If you emailed it, download it to the desktop.
Then go into Outlook/Express, go to ADDRESSES, click TOOLS > ACCOUNTS and go to IMPORT. Browse to the desktop for the folder, open it and select the file and import it to Outlook/Express.
Should be all sorted now
