I agree 100% there....
After i left uni, i had 5 years of bouncing from job to job desperately looking for inspiration. My initial thought was to chase the cash, but after seeing how miserable you can be even though you have a large wallet really pissed on my parade.
In the end an oportunity came up for me to work for myself, and i jumped at the chance. The work is piss easy, the hours are completely up to me!
Ok the wage aint brilliant, but im comfortable and if i want something then i can usually afford it.
But the best part of working for yourself is the freedom.....
Take today for instance..... I went over to the unit i work from with the intention of putting in a couple of hours.......i get there, open up and get everything ready, when my phone rings.
"Chris, its sean........you hungry?? Cause i'm starving"
"Alright sean......yes mate im starving.....brekkers??"
"Aye pet!! Ill be there in 10"
And that was my day at work.......

Spent the rest of the mornin in Subway, eating a foot long!!!
My advice, Find something that you are happy doing and that earns you enough to survive........no stress, no hassle.......believe me lifes too short to piss it away in an office.
