Depends on ya situation i know when i speak for myself (and prob Benn 304R) when i say stuff job satisfaction gimme the ££££

Every month is living on the bread line, robbing peter to pay paul etc...

I'm in a prob not bad-ish paid job with all the trimmings that come with working for a govenment department but the job satisfaction is nill. And the prospects within the Co are even less, in fact none.

But its catch 22, i can't up and leave because i have a mortgage and all the debts that go with it, bills etc... but i so desperatley wanna do something else but the responsibility is keeping me here

All i wanna do is become a sparkie, but when ya told your to old now - thats great motivation for ya

I'm willing and able to do anything to earn more £££, even got my HGV Class2, but no one wants ya unless you got experience

I'd throw in the towel tomorrow if the right thing came up.
