If you can get the back of the car up and then put a trolley jack under the box to hold it in position while you work, it should be dead easy.
1 nut to take off the bottom of the mount, then 4 for the cradle itself.
2 more bolts to take the mount off the cradle and refitting, as Haines say, is the reverse.
