No mate it's fuel surge!! I bet it will do it with about 1/4 tank hard acceleration and also cornering!! Mine does exactly the same. It's something to do with the fuel pick up- I haven't sorted mine yet!! Just keep it full!!

There is no overboost as I've seen over 30 psi on mine!!! (actuator pipe blew off!!)
