The intercooler is all cut to fit the front panel, its a bit hard to explain what needs doing to it, but its had a bit chopped out of each end cap so the front of the intercooler sits proud of the front panel so they need a plate welded over the holes, it needs the dump valve hole welded and it needs a new intake and exit made, need to cut the charge carrier and sort out how its gonna sit.

For a man a good at welding as you, you will pi55 it.
