Thats the record he WANTS to beat, that is currently the world record 0-300kmh held by the Veilside R32GTR.
Bearing in mind the veilside car has done an 8.4sec 1/4 and has hit 172mph terminal speed over the 1/4, i think kieth got a bit more development before he manages that...
IIRC Keith has done a sub 15 sec 0-186mph but there is more to come once the latest mods are complete.
