ok our mantle piece is 116cm off the floor so kinda similar. Its an electric fireplace and i dont think we'll be using it anyway and definitely not if we get the tv up there

LOL - yea, it's a cupboard on the right, see the lightswitch level with the screen on the left - better indication of height.
If you bracket doesn't tilt, it wouldn't be a big deal to put some spacers in where it bolts to the TV to make it lean a bit if you want
