not quite in the same league as some of the above, but i've had my dell 26" lcd for about 6 months now, and never had a prob with it, pictures pretty good damn in general, and watching football etc etc it seems to be fine aswell

Also got inputs to use it as a computer screen which comes in handy at times , also plug a camcorder straight in

i duno if dell go as big as 40", but they have some really good deals, mine was only 600, with 3 year next day on site warrenty, and free shipping
