if the situation gets 2 bad , doctors ,nurses,port workers & airline staff get issued

with passes to go to there local petrol stations and get priority "IE FILLED UP FIRST ..when emergency tankers get sent out to fill up NAMED STATIONS .

this happend last time with the company i was working with .

but the stand off was resolved
