look, just fitted my deflex full kit to my s2,
the hardest part is removing your old bushes,
and the hardest most awkward to fit is the steering rack bushes, whilst everything is still on your car
the problem people seem to be having is fitting the rear tie bar to stub axle bush,
the problem being the bush gets pushed out of the cup by the washer when torqued up,the solution is a sequence,
here goes, remove the stub axle to wishbone bolt, allowing the wishbone to hang on the shackles, this will give you movement and play, fit your tie bar to the chasiss side, then fit the bushes to the axle end, through the axle loop,(greased),then tighten up,no twisting and no popping out! when the axle sub to wishbone bolt is replaced, you can then torque up the tie bar to axle end, no problems!
sorted!
as for driving the car,not their yet,but got the road ones,(they do various grades you see),phone em up,my full s2 kit in orange(asked for)+stainless sleeves, was £92.50,(with two exhaust mounts)orange also,
they where a breeze to fit,and have a lifetime garrantee!
