Got out of work early today because of potential trouble, so cant complain. You have to remember both catholic & protestants are fighting for what they believe in, and from each others point of view both see each other as evil and wrong.

One of the Mp`s (nigel dodds) was on tv tonight commenting and he made good points. With the exception of Sein Fein/IRA no other political party controls either paramilitary groups. So having Ian Paisley, Reg Empey and Nigel Dodds appealing for calm will do little as they have no control over the UVF.

Its easy to comment when you dont live in the areas involved or indeed view it from a safe distance accross the water but this hasnt been because of a parade, these current troubles have been brewing for ages now.

You will get kids out throwing bricks and rioting cause they think its cool, you only have to go back to the last time Rangers beat Celtic for that. Ardoyne was a war zone or when Glentoran beat Linfield in the last game of the season and Linfield caused a riot, yet both are protestant teams.
