Mains or battery powered (not air).

I don't have £££'s to spend, so I wonder how useful the cheaper ones (i.e less than £70) really are compared to the likes of DeWalt/Makita which are £250+.

I only intend on using it to undo difficult bolts, is 180 lb/ft max torque any good ? Makita/DeWalt do up to 400 lb/ft IIRC.
