ecu is prob in pass side foot well same level as glove box pull back carpet why look for 2.5 or st engine if your going to spend that type of money go for turbo conversion should see nice 200+ as for the cams i recon about 2 hrs labour prob at £35+p/h best to get new belt on refit though so could go into wee bit money
