Cossie ARBs spring open a lot mate. They are a pain in the arse.

I always ratchet strap the ARB to pull it in a lot.

Try fitting the ARB off a Cossie but you will still have to put a lot of effort into getting the TCA inner bolts in with the ARB attached to the TCAs.
