The 348 is crap..BUT it handles really well and power delivery is great....no power steering and heavy clutch make it a pig in slow traffic.....The escos will be everything.....around the same bhp maybe more at a twist of a bleed valve power steering/light clutch...the suspension will mean comfy settings...the only drawback will be no heater (for now) and wind down windows and difficulty getting in out out...although the 348 is as bad!
