i was just thinking about it whilst shreading my money (aka filling up) and thought it was abit odd, and why dont they jsut do it to the whole pence?? i hope its not something as boring as like with sweets when they are 99p cos it looks cheaper... cos we arent stupid..

just wondered, there may be no real reason in which case im happily accepting of the most inventive story
