for a little advice tho m8 , tbh , if your going to use the car alot , then life the box , it makes more sence in the long run , say take it out once a year and send it to R+D for a strip and rebuild , that way they can replace worn parts rather than the whole fookin box when somat lets go , i would prob say approx every 5000 miles , the dog rings and dog gears wear away in time , so its better to spend £300-500 a year than 5K if you know what i mean !!
