Coincidence or big ends gone?
Puma 1.7 been running ok apart from a really violent misfire around 2-2.5k rpm. Turned it on ok, sounded fine. Then changed the plugs and turned it on and it sounded terrible like big ends. So put the old ones back in to see if it was the new plugs and it sounds again like the big ends are knocking.
Is this just a coincidence they started knocking now? It's not the plugs as i've tried both sets.
