Unplug the idle speed control valve that should drop the revs to normal if you can get another valve and swap it then re connect the plug if the same adjust the screw on throttle body

Default Tickover

Hi there i tried unpluging iacv and made no difference then i adjusted tps switch so that it was on .66v closed (the lowest i could get it and i had to swop the wires round) still the same checked for air leaks couldnt find any. Removed iacv and it was stuck half open so poked it and it shut but when you put voltage to it nothing happens so stripped what i could and have left it soaking in wd over the weekend so hopefully its just that.I will be opening another topic later.
Thanks Mark
