Focus RS engine conversion Drive shafts!?
Doing a focus rs engine conversion on a standard focus but little confused over the o/s driveshaft bracket! Told to use 2.0/ST170 bracket which then doesnt bolt up properly with the oil feed on the rs block =/

The RS MTX75 box, and i have box's full of shafts so was using either the 2.0 standard shafts or the TDCI diesel shafts,
Non of the focus shafts including the st170 use the smaller bearing like the RS or have the same size bearing cups!
I know that the mk3 mondeo diesel use the same shafts as the RS although they will be too long just like the FRS shafts are for the standard focus track!

anybody have any idea on this ?? as very stuck myself, do I use standard 2.0 bearing carrier and modify it also using a longer banjo bolt through the mount or do I use the rs carrier and a driveshaft off something else with a smaller bearing ?? have asked all over the place also done lots of searching but found nothing on this other than tdci shafts ?? tdci shafts from what as the tdci shafts I have all have large bearings
