Default

like for like swap?
basically a good socket set, spanner set, screwdrivers, hammer, ball joint splitter, tool to pop driveshaft out of box(cold chisel does it for me )
basically unplumb the engine from the water and electrics supplied to it,
remove exhaust and gear linkage, remove alternator and starter to allow more room for engine removal.
remove driveshaft from g/box,
support engine from below on blocks.
remove mounts and then lift van upwards slowly on a lifting frame, slide old unit out .
refitting is reversal of above,
make sure new engine has new belts etc before fitting as its easier to do out of car.
this is from memory of doing a van I done before so I cant be held responsible for any ommissions I have forgotten.
best to just methodically remove stuff you think is in the way but don't over remove stuff as it creares more work
this is to remove engine and box as a unit
