Default Clutch for Zetec Conv Help!!

Hi all you may have seen my project:

https://passionford.com/forum/restor...ar-fiesta.html

I now have the Escort IB5 rear starter box to go on as the unit was fitted to the standard 1.1 pop box.

The clutch and flywheel seem pretty much up to the job, motorcraft clutch 95AG 7550 AA.

200NM 17 spline, 215mm

http://www.autopartoo.com/oem/ford/95ag7550aa.html

It fits the first motion input spline and the box mates up fine, question lies with the release bearing, I can't swap this over as the IB5 is sleeved as shown below:

IB5:

1.1 Pop:

Clutch:

old release:

Is the sleeve necessary or should I go for a new release bearing to mkVI spec???
