4x4 3 door cos rep. Quartermaster twin plate
i bought this red faded 1.6 3 door sierra shell in nov 2004 for a resonable £400 with a full cosworth bodykit, but the only thing was it was all in fibre glass.
it was crap! none of the parts lined up on the car properly. that was it on e bay it all went, and gradually started to buy the real stuff.
the thing is i was only 18 at the time so with an extreme lack of money not much was done until about this time last year.
i just love 3 door cossies , i could't afford to buy on so i made one.
well hope ya all like it, here goes
the day after i got it sittin on the drive in a state.
same day finished ripping bits off
the whole engine loom had been ripped out at this point then painted the engine bay then replaced with a fuel injection loom from a saph... pure hassle!
just finished changing the front ends over from the donor car ( saph next to it) the 3 door orignal had tiny solid disks and a jumpey steering rack... nice! also it never had an anti roll bar but this came wit the front end swap
i'll post more up soon enjoy
trying out the grille and bumper, it was fibreglass so done away with that cos it didnt fit properly, got a real one in moonstone
trying out me new rims also fitted up the arch
trying the rim on the back, realised it was too high so slammed it with gaz coilovers
after first day of rubbin down, out of about a month an half of cramp in my hands
half primed done by me old man
all primed up outside
just started first coat of white outside!
all done outside cos werent enough room in the garage where me dads mustang lives
just started puttin it back together after all parts were sprayed
after a good polish and not much left to fit

As I said before, great job
Not that you will but if you need assistance with the 4x4 conversion PM me. I've had mine up and running for almost a year now and it's been great, went to a stage 2 also. My car will be at the painters soon to have the single side glass installed and a paint.
Hopefully it will look as good as yours, I have all genuine cossie parts.
Here I wanted to try out the 4WD in the snow
