Thx for the post Ish
For those interested I am hoping to create a good going track car from this
Aiming for around 400BHP so i still have a chance of being able to run standard transmission (fingers crossed)
As you can see what i bought off Sean was a pretty poor & unloved example of an Escos so have spent the last 6 months or so gathering bits.
Martinn has built my engine for me Using a new 205 long studded block (thx Harvey).
Its been balanced & is running 7.2:1 forged Cosworth pistons. The head has been slightly played with & has Reyland Cam & double springs.
Big wing & baffled sump fitted
& Reyland hydraulic clutch done.
It has a Willwood bias pedal box Which Sean started to install but is now finished Hence the steering drop down bracket & has a Hydraulic hand break.
It sits on Avo coil overs with 330 AP front & 315 AP rear & as you can see has New style Comp MOs 9X18 with yokos
I aleady have Cobra Evo seats from my saff, harnesses, stax guages, RS 500 cooler, breather&pipes, and morettes so really not too much more to buy now.
Just need time to finish as can only spend Saturdays at the workshop.
Target completion for End of Feb

Track cars always go down well with me as speed has been my thing for time,
the only thing that i wish is that I had half of the cash that most of you guys have, your motors are sweeter than sweet but I know that you work hard to get them that way too.
Good luck with geting it sorted mate I look forward to seeing it geting thrashed round the track some time.

Looks great mate, lord knows how it pulled it off but Sean's Escos was the only one that looked great without a whaletail!
Any plans for the future to get it back to the spec it was heading for?

Not really Dan
The spec he was looking at costs a fortune & can cause unreliability
what i want is a good going fun track car that is road legal
Will be happy to drive it to track days & hopefully not break anything
Easy to get bitten by the Reyland bug though
