Here's my 1990 mk4 Escort 1.3L, I have had the car since August last year, I got the car from an elderly woman who lived in Falmouth who had used it for her local trips to the shops and back, I saw the car on eBay and instantly decided I wanted it, I originally lost the car on eBay and when she contacted me to say the original buyer had pulled out I set out to get it within the hour, once I went to get it the woman told me a bit about the car about what she'd had done to it and handed me everything that she had for the car, including a set of dice for interior mirror she had had in the car then went on to tell me how id " pick up all the girls with the dice " so they have since stayed in the car!

after it made the hour drive home without skipping a beat I ordered some retro looking wheel trims, got a new front bumper and gave it a good clean, I also looked over the little paper work it came with and done a little googling of the car and found out it was originally sold in Truro and had also never left Cornwall!












not long after buying the bumper with the splitter I decided that I actually didn't like it so I ordered a new front and rear base spec bumper from euro's and I also chucked the 13" steels away and got some 14" ones with the intention of banding them








once I had got those on I quickly got round to getting myself a set of 15x7 RS 7 Spokes and a set of 60mm spax springs and shocks



















after getting those in I got myself an 88' spec recaro interior and some other bits ( didn't have many photos of the original interior )














ive got a few more things to go into the interior and a s2 bodykit to go on but I'm waiting for paint to do that, this is how the car currently sits
