No not interested in dealing with syveccs and the way some of the people market it. I do hear lots about ecu,s and the selling tactics behind them.

Yes the Autronic is old and less features on it but still A good ecu. This is one of the reasons I went to Emtron massive spec and a match for any big spec ecu currently made.

Agreed there is no real point in changing a good ecu out just for stuff you wont need shouldn't need to many functions as long as it is mapped correctly
Like the old saying choose your mapper then choose the ecu lol and from what I hear there are many quality mappers that can use syvecs ! I would stay with the autronic if it was me

Anyway, got a few bits on..

Start of the remote filter, need the cooler mounted before i can go any further..

New header tank cap and fittings mocked up..
Hopefully have the rad and cooler back from coating tomoz, then i can finish oil lines and cooler

Had a few hours on the motor today
Got my rad and cooler back from powdercoaters..
Fans mounted to rad..
Had a -6 boss welded to the thermostat housing for turbo feed..
Fitted..
Got my tb back from sand blasting..
Fitted the reverse lever..
And fitted..
Fitted the intercooler and rad..
Mounted the setrab oil cooler..
Then finished off the aeroquip and lines for the cooler and relocation..
Just turbo lines to go, cant do this until i get my trouser section back with external wastegate takeoff back from mk motorsport, should be quite trick what we have planned
May do some of my loom tomoz as willl be in the unit all day waiting on deliveries..
