What a beautiful sight
I'll have to adjust drive line angles with protractor so engine/gearbox and differential axis are parallel.
Differential axis is fixed but engine axis can be adjusted with gearbox mount height.

Thanks guys!! I'm happy that You like it!!
@ focus 4x4: I don't think that I can source a Jag fuel tank but maybe I'll find a mondeo 4x4 one... Maybe they are the same...
Last option is to modify standard fuel tank with a plastic welder...
@adam151082: I'm not a welder but I've built many parts for race cars in the past 10 years! I have a small workshop but I build almost everything on my own from adjustable coilovers and suspension components to special modifications like twin spark plug Pinto heads, roller camshaft bearings for Pinto,Pinto Roller rocker conversion,porting... O-ringing blocks w/cooper gaskets... intake/exhaust manifolds,pulleys... etc..
I also have my own ECU for fuel and DIS spark controll based on PIC microcontrollers... I'll post a lot of pictures when time comes
Here is a small update for today

You could also try an Escort 4x4 tank, they came in 1.8/1.6 Zetec's over the water where you are iirc.

I linked him to this thread via Facebook, he doesn't reckon the Escort tank will fit.

Unfortunately I got a light eye injury because I was wearing poor quality glasses when grinding and a piece of the grinding disc scratched my eye... i hope I'll continue working on the project tomorrow or the day after...
@ Mk4 Rick: Twin plug head was not my idea!Dave Walker did the first twin plug head but he never finished testing the concept! He had leak problems because he used screw in head inserts and mine are brazed in the head with Braze-Tec Silver filler rod.He did before and after mod test and Hp difference was some 7-9hp iirc.
True potential of the head would be released with a drastic increase in compression ratio because fast burn chambers increase detonation resistance, increase burn speed and with that allow the engine to burn efficiently the mixture at high RPM!! Pinto head has a big problem with burn speed above some 7300RPM and that can be also seen from the ignition timing that is needed for the engine to operate correctly(36-38deg BTDC without the mod).
