What I did with mine was over heat them and slowly go across the whole thing and time you get to the one end it cools down abit and you can take the whole thing up then in 10 seconds

Took all the sound proofing out of the boot which took for ever and cleaned it all up.It left some air vent looking holes open to the air so ive covered them in tiger seal. The fiesta is gonna get carpeted anyway so the tiger seal wont be seen.Think ive lost 6kg from the sound proofing

Removed some more sound proofing today and gave the floor a bit of a clean up.Fitted my central locking motor which now works ive ordered a central locking kit so I can use a fob.Ive also fitted some new spark plugs .Ive owned the engine for over a year and they proberly wasn't done before I got it lol.I used Ac Delco platinum plugs at the cost of Ł12

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2709921083...84.m1439.l2649

Rad is mounted properly so im gonna see how it goes I may get the alloy version of it at some point. So today I think a lot more weight has gone lol ive not driven it since doing the mods.

Mk2 Mondeo blacktop engine,mk5 xr3i zetec manifold 1 piece and im using the mondeo/focus inlet. The front shocks are just front shocks i binned the heavy blocks on top which left a bit of a long stem on the shock so trimmed it down and modified the cups so the 60mm springs sit tight and not baggy

Had a spare hr before it got dark so ive removed some metal from under the bonnet and its still rigid lol.The black bits you see under the bonnet was where the sticking stuff was.Ive scraped it all off and that's whats left behind.Ive also removed the sound proofing on the fire wall as well.My mate was round today helping with a few bits and pieces and has persuaded me to go with frozen white for the colour instead so ive agreed with him and that's what im going for.Im yet to fit my turbo bonnet vents yet ot get the holes cut out before it goes in for body work,i want the vents flush with the bonnet and not raised.
