Good to see you using new bolts you'd be suprized how many people use the stock 15 year old rusty nut and bolts.

Only 40 mm don't want it too low, can't stand rusty bolts or anything rusty lol

Ive got a 1 piece 4 branch manifold straight through.Im using the mondeo cat but i need to position it properly

Well not much of an update as I'm still waiting on parts to be delivered, but iv been busy buying more goodies lol
Then I went to cosnada so he could make the brake lines up for me
Then got ripped of buy ford lol
Which wheels should I buy these

Right update time not had a lot of time lately but done a few bits and also brought a few more bits
Wrapped the exhuast
Fitted my braided hoses
Then fitted my exhuast but need to order some more powerflex mounts
Then brought these what you think???

Your motor is looking good mate I like the attention to detail.What size is your exhaust is it a 2inch straight through?

Thought I'd better do an update as haven't done one for a while, been really busy just lately so it's taken a back seat but ford fair brought back the love for it and today iv fitted the rear brakes and started to strip down my subframe/ wishbones anyone know how to remove the small bushes on the wishbone ???

Both the bushes press out.... Unless you're talking about the actual ball joint??...

As said press them out, Push it out towards the wishbone its self but dont go to far or the bush will start bending the wishbone lol, just push it out 95% with a press and just pull it out by hand for the last 5%.
i damaged a wishbone by pushing out all the way with a press and had to get anther second hand one.

have you changed the brake cylinders yet? i not dont buy fiesta ones buy grannda ones there bigger and the same price.
fiesta are iirc 16.5mm
grannda are 19.5mm
so a little extra performance

not updated this thread for a while, been busy but today i had some time so made a start got my petrol tank out and started to prep it, also sorted my rear brake shoes but hit a problem cant fit the hub over the new shoes if that makes sense

Ye can be a bit of a bastard to do, just give it a bloody good fiddle, and try and get the springs on the shoes moved back as much as possible (you probably already know this)
