PassionFord Post Whore!!
I love the detail on the indicators.
Looking forward to seeing this in paint,
What colour have you chosen?
And what's happening to the metal in the boot?

thanks guys,
not alot being done to this engine as its just to get it on the road. cant afford to build the car and engine at the same time so more power will come later.

thanks for the comments,
3.9 engine with all the right bits inside so it will rev right quick but a mate who is in to his rover engines keeps telling me to go 5,0 litre so not sure yet.

im not a fan of the bigger rover lumps even though they have more torque i would rather have a bit more of a revy engine that picks up quick and gets into the turbo but you can drive it around town with out the turbo spooling up if you know what i mean.

as said prep takes forever but finally made some good progress, bonnet and boot lid are now at the same stage as the body after getting all the gaps to look right.
it now wants spot putty to get all the little nicks, then more primer and blocking and then hopefully its last coat of primer before its wet flatted for paint. theres still the inside to prep and the underside which will be as the top.
pics all look the same at the moment so will leave it a few weeks and the next pics on it should painted.
