Big thanks to Tony @ Turbo systems for the work and to Matt Lewis for the parts, top work boys.

Block is back and assembled. New oversized wisecos, honed, decked and .25 grind on the crank. New cosworth high pressure oil pump, ACL race bearings, seals and cometec gaskets.
Just need to run a few parts through the parts washer and take delivery on my big winged sump from tony and the bottom end is done! Oh and paint the block.

Lowering
Hi, firstly great work on the build, read the whole thread from the beginning, fascinating stuff.
How I have ended up here is I just bought a 2.0l pinto P100 and im in desperate need of advice. I really really want to lower it quite a lot but im unfamiliar with leaf spring set ups. Im not looking to put cosworth power in it at any time I just would like to know the easiest and safest way to drop the rear. Please please please if anyone can tell me how to do this I would be very grateful.
Regards, Chris

Thanks Glenn.
It's simple fella. You just need some lowering block, some take a leaf out to soften then ride.
Hahaha.... Cheers, drive is cool. Well worth the money.
Long time no speak my man. How's yours ?

It's been a while so I thought I better update my thread.
So I've pretty much got my engine built up.
I won't go into the spec but there has been no expense spared. Tony is expecting it to push out nearly 500 horses. Here's a few pics. Pulleys are from mark at mk motorsport, just waiting on the exhaust manifold from him and a few other bits such as a fuel rail, ss bolts and drop bracket etc.
As you can see its not 100% finished but not far away.
I've also done over to Gaz coilovers and fully power flex black series every thing. Also got my reconditioned box in. Yes I know it's filthy but I have a chemical at work that will sort that out.
I've also taken delivery of some goodies. 320mm rear bells and rotors from mt motorsport and the other lot from matt Lewis. When for an airtec 70mm cooler, rewire looms for piece of mind and twin air injectors.
These are the brakes that are going up front. These are jag xkr brembos that run 355x32mm discs or rotor. These have been shipped to mark at mk motorsport to have the brackets are bells machined. Big thanks to joffy for the calipers.
Also pretty much got the arch kit where it needs to be.
Need to get my flywheel skimmed and a few bits back from the powder coaters and she's ready to have the engine dropped in.

A few updates
Start will the goodies, mark messaged me the other day. A few more bits are en route
Matt Lewis sorted me out with a recirc valve and correct hoses
Rear trailing arms powder coated, assembled with new bearings and power flex black stuff bushes. Drive shafts have also been powder coated, cv's cleaned up and painted and new boots. Also cleaned up and painted stub shafts, hub flanges and powder coated front hubs and again fitted new bearings.
The box of tricks from tony including - chip, pectel board, wasted spark and some jobo to do the twin air injectors.
Engine has also come along a little, flywheel I had face ground to except the ap 6 paddle and helix cover
That is all....
