RACE PREP COZ/MK1 Escort?
Hi new to site so hunting sound info from you tec guys.
Preping my Mk1 type 49 escort for boss ford/thunder saloons raceing.
Q have wide atlas on as present but worry if it take the power via Red top coz with T3 turbo& a BW T5 box.Plan up around 330bhp just to get out first season.
Advise on this or to go for a coz diff which mean grafting means to secure in as leaf spring atlas there,can tackal with thaught and info?
Or go for a HA4 axel as have a tube in workshop got no inners.
Would like the coz set take that or more power ?Plus as this give me coil overs and good brakes.
Fist step prep so awite advise with glee!
