Good idea with the pedal box, cutting it up and making it a pull type as i think i may have to mod mine as i think it is too close but it is back as far as it can go so will have to see when it eventually drives, no major issue though
Good progress

Been waiting a while for parts far too long to be honest!, been informed from MK motorsport that my crossmember is finished so hopefully next week that and few other bits for fitting up all the front end running gear will arive at AG for them to finish off, then its off to Gaz for paint.
Ive given up on pushing to get it done as it has taken far too long as it is, been very close to breaking for various reasons but the final decision is to finish it, ive purchased a lot of parts over the past few months, im hoping the bug comes back once in paint.
Doesnt help purchasing a new home but got to get the priorities right to keep the missus happy, oh and a holiday in a months time
Hopefully soon there will be some updates.

To be honest it was my better half that convinced me to finish it.
but it has been a very very testing project to date.

I've only just caught this thread - what an awesome build!
It's tough to see these things through sometimes, especially like you when you've peeled the layers back so far in order to do a thorough job!
Another thing that doesn't help is not seeing the car too often. It's easy to forget how impressive how impressive something like this is in the flesh. My last build was a driveway job, so got covered up between bits of work, and even that was bad enough! But peeling back the cover always brought a smile to my face and renewed my enthusiasm.
What we all need is a centrally heated double garage so we can pop in over a cup of tea and have a gander!
Keep it going mate, it'll be worth it in the end.
Cheers
Iain

We kept the pedal ratio the same, just swapped the pivots around.

If I was building a non Cossie powered shell I think I would like to use a modern alloy V8 - BMW M3 last of the N/A or something
