Red Escort cosworth Mini Resto
Right had the car a couple of weeks now and decided what i want to do first up.
Front Bumper - Paint
Here is a pic of the car as I bought it (after a polish)
read a few post on removing front bumper then out to the garage to give it a try
15 mins later
bumper off ready to take to my mates tomorrow for painting
Added a new head unit best £120 ive spent so far. It's a chineese make Eonon off ebay, im using it with amps, its touch screen takes all types of media etc... Here is a link if anyone is intrested.

Not started on the bumper yet, it's painted but i need to prepare and paint the splitter, bib etc... Had a puddle under the car when I was driving and was losing coolant so decided to investigate, got it up to running temp and saw steam coming from the radiator1/3 of the way from the top, so im going to replace the radiator before I put the bumper etc back on a pic of what was left once i removed the bumper.

Split the fans from the rad over the weekend, one of the wires is cut and its really close to the plug, anyone have one??
shot after a bufty, with the jetwash and wd40
took of the splash guard under the passenger side front wheel arch and shined it up
Im having to resist hard not getting the suspension off for Koni's hubs powder coating etc... Thats a job for the winter as I want to use the car this summer, but it is hard not to do it now.
next up is few pics of the splitter I ordered from carlton, took just under a week to come and was £90 delivered for both sticks, bib and splitter in fibreglass. not done anything with it yet but some pics for now
Finally the bumper is back in position with new splitter and stone deflector, refurbed fogs and nearly new indicators. just the Hockey Sticks and radiator to fit
