Default Diamond White 1986 Ford Fiesta XR2

When I first got it, it looked like this bit sorry for its self but not too bad shape.

but if you go looking for trouble your gonna find it.

and so i took the car off the road and starting making headway on restoring it to the best of my abilities.

The original idea was to leave the n/a cvh engine with a couple of changing to make it bit of power full.

The carb plus ported and polished head, a rs1600i cam and a 4 branch but once i took the head of the engine i discovered a very worn bottom end the lip to the bore was massive. After i had drop the bottom end out of the car i left it outside in the rain and only 1 or the bores managed to hold any water.

So engine is slightly forgotten about for the moment as i dont have the shell sorted yet.

and i think that pretty much bring it up to date. Still working on it as much as i can. Hoping to have it finished by august at the lastest so i can drive it during the summer before taking it off the road next winter to get a decent turbo lump of some sort. The only thing that can really hold me up at the moment is money.
