Any tips for removing underseal ?
I am restoring the underside of my S2 and was after some tips on removing the underseal - in particularly the rubbery thick stuff.
WD40 seems to work well on oil, general crap and also the thinner underseal but i am not really looking forward to hour upon hour with a scraper trying to remove the thicker stuff.
I guess petrol works a treat but I am not keen on that idea as when it repainted the paint could get damaged by any that gets trapped in the joins/holes anywhere starts to seep back out.
I know that various thing have been used but what is best ?
I am thinking decorators heat gun to melt and then scrape but any suggestions as to what will make my life easier will be great.
