As Trev put up its got a longer wheel base than a MK2 and Sunbeam.

Whats more this is going to use a proper rear suspension set up, not some pikey shitty cossie beam like alot of conversions do. Dont think people realise just how much better/easier this will make it to drive on the limit.

I've seen a Yellow one with Racing arches and the Cossie Lump mounted the right way without a bonnet bulge so you may be ok
Oh and I think the first DJM Ka cost somewhere around Ł80k

got some nice wheels that would be perfect for that if you chage the arches some nice mag 8x16 rally wheels should help put the power down
