BODY
Rust free late spec shell fully painted in Pagent Blue (never welded) crystal clear head lights
ENGINE
1400cc using fiesta AE Hepolite pistons (P/No 21405) , Std size (73.94mm) dish machiened in 1mm deep x 58mm dia . Dish is 5.28cc.
Crank:- tuft ride, cross drilled , balanced. Pistons and con rods balanced. New piston rings and bearings. Steel duplex timing gear with tensioner
Swiftune SW5 cam shaft. A R P big end bolts. Centre main strap. Ultra light steel fly wheel and back plate , orange diaphragm and sintered plate . high capacity oil punp and water pump. Mini spares special 2 core rad
Blue silicone hoses. 1.75 su with K&N on alloy inlet.maniflow atage 2 tune manifold with Play Mini stainless steel one box system. Ultimate steady.
CYLINDER HEAD
Ported and polished with combustion chambers matched to engine. 36 and 31mm valves with 3 angle face and bronze bullet nose guides race spec for unleaded fuel. Full roller rockers
GEARBOX
MG Metro Turbo type gear box , fully rebuilt and reshimed with ALL new bearings and seals. New lay shaft , centre oil pick up and cross pin diff. 2.9:1 final drive. K.A.D. kwik shift with lift reverse.
WHEELS & TYRES
10” x 5” GB type wheels with Yoko 165/70/10 A008 tyres
BRAKES AND SUSPENSION
Mini Sport 4 pot alloy callipers with vented and grooved 7.9” discs, late spec servo and MG metro EBC Green Stuff pads on the front. Super mini fins on the back. New front and rear subframes with AVO dampers, genuine Hi Los, adjustable camber front and rear, adjustable tie bars. Poly bushed every where. Goodridge bdaided hoses to all brakes and on master cylinders and oil pressure pipe.
INTERIOR
Classic black bucket seats, all new saloon spec trim with all new magnolia dials. New black carpet and black roof lining. No radio
