My Gear Box
Can I put a 5 speed 1.6 sierra gear box into a mark 5 two litre cortina. Is the gear mount the same and the drive shaft in both cars. If anyone has any experience or knows anything i would appreciate it.

The prop & clutch will fit but you need a cortina Automatic gearbox Xmember to make it all line up and bolt straight in 
You also need the 5 speed gearstick and speedo cable and the dust plate cos the 4 speed dust plate is a different shape
